Looking for an Experienced Asphalt Labourer

🚧 Asphalt Labourers Wanted – Swanbank, Ipswich 🚧
💰 $37–$42/hr + Overtime + Night Shift Penalties

We are currently seeking experienced Asphalt Labourers to join a busy civil crew based in Swanbank, Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent work with potential for a permanent role for the right candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with asphalt laying, spray seal operations, and site preparation

• Operating hand tools and working around paving machines and plant equipment

• Raking, shoveling, compacting, and general labouring

• Supporting a crew in both day and night shifts

• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite in line with company procedures

What You’ll Need:

✅ Experience in asphalt or civil construction (preferred)
✅ White Card – required
✅ Reliable transport to and from Swanbank
✅ HR Licence or machinery tickets (highly regarded)
✅ Physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a team
✅ Able to pass a drug & alcohol screen if required
